Well, that’s exactly the type of experience we offer at The Box! Except, you are not a passive watcher, but the main character in the story.
Your team will be transported into a fully-themed space where they will need to work together to solve puzzles, find hidden clues, and interact with different parts of the environment in order to reach the end of the riveting storyline. While it is an “escape room”, you will be so immersed in our world you may never want to leave!

Which languages are used inside the rooms?
All rooms are available in both Arabic and English languages.
What are the age requirements at The Box?
The minimum age requirement for our escape experiences is 17 years old.
What is the recommended arrival time for my reservation?
To ensure we have enough time to provide you with the background information and rules for the experience, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your reservation. It's important to note that arriving late may result in a deduction of your time in the room, as our team requires time to reset each room for the next team's arrival.
Are players allowed to bring their phones inside the rooms?
Phones, watches, or any other electronics, and bags are not allowed inside the rooms. This is to both ensure no damage to your electronics and help immerse you fully in the experience once it starts. All your personal belongings will be stored in a locker at the reception area.
How much is the payment per person?

The payment amount per person at The Box Escape Experience varies based on the team size:

- For teams of 4 players or less the amount is 200SR per player
- For teams of 5 players or more the amount is 180SR per player

Please note that the prices mentioned above are inclusive of VAT.

What should I do if I need to exit the room during the experience?
If you are not feeling well or need to leave the experience for any reason at any given time, please inform our game masters and they will bravely risk their lives to press a switch on their end and open the door for you!
What is the cancelation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly use the cancellation link sent to the email address used for the reservation. This will enable us to re-open the timeslot, allowing another team to enjoy the experience.
