• Please arrive 15 minutes before the booked time.
• Please double check your booking date, time, and room. We cannot guarantee the availability of the room in case of a booking error.
• Please present the booking confirmation received over email upon arrival.
• Payment will have to be made in full before the start of your experience.
• The Box reserves the right to cancel your booking in case you are not answering our confirmation calls, messages, and/or emails to the contact details provided during booking.
• Cell phones, cameras, and any other recording devices or electronics are strictly prohibited inside the room. Lockers will be provided to safely store your personal items prior to starting the experience.
• Food and drinks are prohibited inside the room.
• Please treat all props, furniture, and other electrical objects inside the rooms with care. Players who damage anything willfully or due to misconduct will be liable for damages.
• The Box is not liable for any loss of personal items inside its premises.
• The Box is not liable for any injury or health complication which might occur during your experience.
• If any of the above instructions are violated, our team has the right to terminate the experience without offering a refund.
